Dear Old Dad is a cartoon about an encounter between two different types of men who find conflict in their backgrounds and generations. The film is inspired by classic Golden Age Hollywood cartoons, with the intention of bringing those old principles and stories into a new context. Kitten City is an animated experimental student film created using gouache paint and felt markers on sketchpads. The film stars some of the cats I've met around New York City, whom I filmed and rotoscoped with paint. Kitten City was made as an Experimental Animation project at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.

An interesting phenomenon happens in life drawing classes as everyone sketches in a circle around the model - when you walk around the room and look at the artists' sketches, they give the impression of movement as the model slowly turns from drawing to drawing. This film seeks to share that sensation
